With 27 years of teaching and a background in dance, Kelly brings depth, precision, and healing awareness to every session.
With a foundation in dance and nearly three decades of teaching, Kelly has witnessed firsthand the profound healing power of movement—not just in the body’s physical form, but in the subtle rhythm of breath and energy. Her approach is rooted in the traditions of Joseph Pilates’ original method, where each sequence was deliberately designed to build strength, balance, and control with precision and care.
In her mid-thirties, Kelly integrated the Feldenkrais method into her teaching to better serve older students, offering a gentler approach that supports mobility and vitality at every stage of life. She believes movement does not always require strict discipline or perfection—sometimes, placing a hand on the heart and another on the belly is enough to restore calm and reconnect with oneself.
Through her work, Kelly remains committed to preserving the integrity of authentic Pilates while making its benefits accessible to everyone. Her classes invite students to rediscover strength, embrace stillness, and experience freedom through mindful movement.
